Private sessions are important and enhance your yoga and Pilates practices, whether you are a beginner or looking to take your practice to the next level. Private sessions allow practitioners to find a deeper connection in their individual and group practices. The optimal outcome in Yoga and Pilates can best be achieved with a combination of private and group training. Frequency of exercise is important when you are first learning Yoga and Pilates techniques. We recommend regular attendance of at least 3 times a week of private and group training for the quickest results.
During private sessions, your structural alignment is analyzed and specific attention is given to alignment in a variety of postures and exercises. Sessions are set according to your schedule, and can be accommodated according to your needs. Please ask us about group privates with as few as one other person or small groups under 20 persons.
