Beginner Mat The best choice for those who are new to Pilates but already have an exercise practice. Participants will learn to strengthen the Powerhouse and because more familiar with alignment and postural stability.
 Beginner/Intermediate Mat A class for the advanced beginner and those who are ready to progress to more complicated exercises and build more endurance. 
 Intermediate For participants who are familiar with the mat order and can integrate structural stability, alignment, and breath work to build more precision and flow in their workout.
 Boot Camp A core challenge that invigorates the mind in one package. Weights, bands, and Magic Circles may be used. If you like your Pilates hard and fast, enlist today!
 Magic Circle Madness The Magic Circle is an isometric device used to mimic your powerhouse and provide a challenge to your balance. There is no workout like a Magic Circle workout. Try it once and you'll be a believer 
 Pilates Upper Body Blast This challenging class targets the biceps, triceps, shoulders, and lats in only 30 minutes. Bands, weights, and Magic Circles may be used. Come feel the burn!
 Pilates Lower Body Blast Another challenging 30-minute class that focuses on the glutes, thighs, hips, hamstrings, and thighs. Bands, weights, and Magic Circles may be used. 
Mat Express A 30-minute power-packed traditional mat pratice that isn't short on precision.
Intro to Pilates A 30-minute introduction that will allow you to develop core strength, increase joint mobility, and enhance your posture in a bite-sized package. You can't take just one! 
Pilates for Athletes Designed for balanced total body conditioning, this workout will allow you to take your athletic performance to the next level with more efficient patterns of motion. Bands, weights, and Magic Circles may be used.
Pilates 101

Great for beginners! A monthly class that requires separate registration allows the class to have a smaller size for beginners to get plenty of personalized attention tailored to their Pilates needs.
